Mr. Doble has 18 years of land development, design, and government/public relations experience, with 25 years in the industry (Public & Private Sector). He specializes in housing and commercial development projects and provides pre-development planning, public engagement, site feasibility, and regulatory strategies to the projects he works on.
Kevin’s background in engineering design, project management, tactical planning, and regulatory processes is an asset to his client’s projects, and he can effectively coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary teams through experience, relationships, and communication.
He joined LACO Associates, a native-owned consulting firm in 2018, and directs business development activities and manages complex Housing, Infrastructure, and Economic Development projects for the firm.
Kevin participates in many Civic activities in the Ukiah area and throughout the Northbay. He is formerly the Mayor for the City of Ukiah, a Board Member on the Russian River Watershed Association, a LAFCo Commissioner, Board Member for Mendocino Economic Development Corporation, Commissioner for Mendocino Inland Water & Power Commission, and Ex-officio Member of the Greater Ukiah Chamber of Commerce.
