Community Engagement

Community Volunteerism

LACO understands that our communities are much more than a workplace. Like the clients we serve, we live here, and are invested in sustaining physical and emotional aesthetics. Participating in community clean-ups, volunteering for charitable organizations, and joining in efforts to enhance our community are intrinsic to LACO culture. In and outside of work, it’s an attitude that contributes to planning, designing, and managing prosperity in our communities.
