Camilla Montoya, PE

Camilla Montoya joined the LACO Associates team in late 2023 as a Staff Engineer. Ms. Montoya obtained her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at California State University (CSU), Chico in 2022. Prior to joining the LACO team, Ms. Montoya had one year of experience as a Civil Engineering Technician, and a year and a half of experience as a Junior Civil Engineer. While at LACO, she has assisted in the design and preparation of improvement plans for commercial developments, subdivisions, utility systems, and roadways. She also has experience modelling and analyzing proposed storm drain systems and preparing Hydrology and Low Impact Development (LID) reports for these systems.
