Bob Mandel joined the LACO team in May of 2023. Bob brings over 30 years of GIS experience to LACO, with a wide-range of mapping expertise ranging from custom desktop development and analysis to rich web-based applications that bring spatial data to life. With a BA in Physics and Mathematics from Boston University and a Masters in Environmental Engineering from HSU (now Humboldt Polytechnic), Bob has continued to evolve with GIS technologies as they have evolved over the years, and is excited to continue to grow with LACO and bring rich GIS mapping and solutions to our clients.
