Mr. Aguilar is a member of the Susanville Indian Rancheria with deep connections to the grounds on which we build. His cultural background and experience in blue collar construction fuels his passion as an engineer. During his time with Union 118 which is based in Sacramento, CA, Mr. Aguilar constructed waste wastewater treatment plant, bridge-cable decks, parking-cable decks, and rigged/connected exhaust system for MISCA gas plant. His tribal construction experience consists of public works department, housing department, concrete driveways, sheet metal carports, and sheet metal maintenance garages. In the Spring of 2022, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from CSU, Chico . In addition, Mr. Aguilar builds teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship through sports. One of his favorite accomplishments was winning the 2014 NIAA National Championship. The team was a composed of Susanville Braves and Chiloquin Stronghold. He began his career at LACO in June of 2022.
