Ms. Rebecca “Becky” Clark joined LACO in late 2016 with prior experience in environmental compliance for a renewable power company in Santiago, Chile. She currently serves as a Senior Planner and Project Manager at LACO. She specializes in the preparation of environmental documents pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), management of multi-disciplinary projects that bring together LACO’s various services and technical subconsultants, technical writing in support of development, entitlement, and long-range planning projects, and proposal development for complex, multi-year projects. Ms. Clark works closely with the rest of the LACO team and tribal, public agency, and private clients to ensure projects meet local, State, and federal environmental and land use planning requirements while supporting the client’s vision and needs.
Ms. Clark is a resource to those seeking guidance on navigating the complex regulatory requirements that can be unique to each project and site. She is able to translate complicated technical details into simple and straightforward elements that can be clearly conveyed to those involved or interested in a project. Her multifaceted professional experience provides adaptability and precision on all types of projects. Ms. Clark was raised and now lives in Mendocino County and is proud to serve rural and tribal communities throughout California.
