Mr. Herman serves as Vice President of Land Surveying Services at LACO and is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor with over 35 years of industry experience. Prior to joining LACO, he served three years as a Field Artillery Surveyor in the U.S. Army, followed by 10 years with T.M. Herman & Associates and 21 years with SHN Consulting Engineers and Geologists.
He has extensive experience as the surveyor responsible for managing field crews and overseeing the collection and processing of raw field data into accurate boundary, utility, and topographic maps. His background includes construction staking, topographic mapping, boundary analysis and determination, record research and deed preparation, as well as the review and preparation of Subdivision Maps and Records of Survey completed by staff.
