Lily Cohen joined LACO Associates in 2025 as a Staff Engineer. She was born in Santa Rosa and grew up in Marin County. From an early age Lily had a passion for the environment and sustainable development. She received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Engineering from Cal Poly Humboldt and she obtained her EIT certificate in December 2023. Prior to working for LACO, Lily was a multifaceted staff engineer for a geotechnical engineering firm in Eureka, CA. Lily’s work passions are for the circular economy, biomimicry, and finding cost effective, sustainable, community resilient solutions to everyday problems.
