Jesse Glazier

Assistant Engineer

Mr. Glazier brings with him experience in drafting and revising civil plans using AutoCAD and preforms on site survey with Topcon total station equipment also assists with geotechnical testing and data records. Mr. Glazier has over 15 years of construction experience along with an easy to get along with personality. He has in depth knowledge of the EPA 40CFR and CBC regulations in commercial, residential, public and private sectors that benefit the whole team. This has enabled him to provide consultation for civil site plans that require construction details and comments.

Mr. Glazier was a journeyman level carpenter in the Local Union 751 who became an experienced leader on commercial building of schools, hospitals, and bridges notably the Napa 1st Street Bridge and several HWY 101 bridges in Napa, Sonoma, and Marin Counties. As a Foreman on a Kiewit project he led a team on the decommissioning of the Humboldt Bay Nuclear Power Plant. Mr. Glazier has been able to bring quality down to earth people skills in leadership that help unify the LACO family.
