Gregory Hall, PE

Mr. Gregory Hall, PE, joined LACO Associates in 2026 as a Senior Civil Engineer based in LACO’s Eureka office. Originally from the pacific northwest, Mr. Hall earned his B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Oregon State University, specializing in water resources. With more than 24 years of experience providing consulting engineering services to clients across coastal Northern California, he brings a comprehensive perspective to project delivery from initial planning through project startup. His technical portfolio includes site development, utility infrastructure, and storage tank rehabilitation, as well as development of construction bid documents, construction observation and administration, and project management. Mr. Hall is recognized for his attention to detail, translating into project cost savings. During his free time, you’re likely to find Mr. Hall lending a hand with local youth sports or embarking on an outdoor adventure.
