Mr. Blundell is an active licensed DSA project inspector Level 2 (IOR) and has been primarily inspecting structures and schools around the Mendocino, Sonoma, and Lake Counties for over 12 years. Prior to this, Mr. Blundell was a licensed General Contractor in Mendocino County doing residential and light commercial projects for 16 years. Mr. Blundell earned his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from LeTourneau University in East Texas.
