The Mendocino-Lake Community College District hired LACO to develop detailed plans for the construction of a 1-mile-long secondary emergency access road from the Ukiah college campus to a point of connection to Orr Springs Road to the south and southwest of the existing campus.
The scope of services included internal project management, design level land survey and mapping, design level geotechnical report, civil engineering design and associated design documentation, and agency permit processing.
