Brutocao Vineyards/Crane of Ukiah Geotechnical Evaluation and Foundation Design

Crane of Ukiah retained LACO to prepare a site-specific soils investigation report and full building plan set for a proposed 7,000 square-foot metal framed building and metal awning. This building was proposed to be constructed on the property of Brutocao Vineyards, Inc. in Ukiah, California to expand their winery facilities.

The proposed building site was developed with two existing metal-framed buildings similar in size and construction to the one proposed. Our Professional Geologists conducted a site investigation and prepared a Foundation and Soils Report in accordance with Section 1802 of the 2007 California Building Code (CBC) which met the permitting requirements of the County of Mendocino Building Department of Planning and Building Services. LACO’s engineering staff prepared a full building plan set to include foundation design.
